6. Returns

Returns are accepted for non-clearance items in new, unused condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Clearance and custom, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. Online returns cannot be made in-store and in-store returns cannot be made via the online customer service team. Have your order number available and email orders@swathestore.com to begin the return process of online items. Please visit The Store to return any in-store purchases.

Please note: Pet Carriers are non-returnable, but may be exchanged if in new, unused condition and mailed within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer unless product is defective.

Electronic gift cards can be used toward the purchase of anything on SWATheStore.com, including the cost of branded gear, tax, and shipping.
