ORDER CONFIRMATION

When we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, a shipment notification will be emailed to you with the tracking information. If you create a store account, you can access your order status at any time.

CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER

If for some reason you need to change or cancel an order we will be happy to assist you. Please contact Customer Service at (855) 468-5646 or via email at orders@swathestore.com immediately as there may be a chance that we have processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps possible to accommodate your request.

SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground unless you choose an expedited shipping option. All in-stock orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of receipt of order (Monday through Friday). Orders with Next Day Shipping must be placed by 2pm CST in order to guarantee next day delivery. Saturdays are not regular scheduled shipping days. If you need your order shipped via overnight, please contact Customer Service once your order is placed to arrange for Saturday delivery. If your order has any back orders, we will ship the items to you via ground when they are back in stock. Timing can vary. Please reach out to our customer service team with any questions.

RUSH ORDERS

If you need a rush order, we ask that you place them by 2:00 p.m. CST to ship the same day. A Rush Charge will incur as well as expedited freight charges. Please contact Customer Service at (855) 468-5646 or via email at orders@swathestore.com if rush service is required.

SALES TAX

HALO Branded Solutions is registered to collect and remit sales tax in all states where there is a tax. Applicable shipping charges and sales tax will be invoiced at the time of shipment.

PAYMENT

Please place your orders by using one of the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to assist you if your order contains defective merchandise or if you need to exchange sizes. Please e-mail orders@swathestore.com or contact us at (855) 468-5646 to arrange for replacement merchandise or a refund.

We can help you more quickly if you have your sales order number ready. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery for a full refund*. Returns must be received in unused condition with all original materials included in the shipment. Please note that freight costs to return or exchange items is the responsibility of the buyer. No returns on personalized items.

*Pet Carriers: No returns. Defective carriers can be exchanged for another carrier within 14 days of receipt.*
